Workshop Dates Announced

Super excited to announce live workshop dates in Connecticut!

Mark your calendar now for Feb 16th, March 2nd, 16th, and 30th then the final one April 6th.  

They will be held in Orange, Connecticut at A1 Fitness Center.

Not sure if you know this but our very own 2013 WBFF Bikini Diva Champion Amy Diaz went on to win the reality television show The Amazing Race and won a million dollar grand prize! 

Hopefully we can have Amy make a surprise appearance at one of the workshops and tell us about her "Amazing" year.
