The REAL truth about getting ripped abs

Hey, 

Here's an advanced integration that I've yet to see
anyone talk about.

Once your body gets below 8% bodyfat...

You're going to see some good abs
(If they're built and developed).

What about getting from 8% down to 6% or lower?

That's a whole different story.

First of all: you have to train differently.

Your nervous system is usually more fatigued.

It's easier to get hurt.

This is why I usually put athletes on
the Metabolic Abs Core Blast.

It doesn't "blow you out" like heavy leg training does
yet it burns bodyfat and continues to refine the abs.

I suggest doing 3 complete Metabolic Abs Core Blast
a week and upping the circuits from 3 to 5 as the
"photo shoot" or contest gets closer.

all these athletes "pop out" on stage.
