What exactly is Body-Construct?

Here are the main questions for Lori-Ann about her new workout plan.
Q: The name of your Workout Program is "Body Construct" and the motto is "Stop Complaining and Start Training" can you explain this?
A. Just a few years ago I left the big box gyms chains and tried Crossfit and I really loved the intensity of training at Crossfit but I realized that training for time and numbers of repetitions isn't exactly the type of training that gets me in shape to win bikini pageants. I realized I could do an intense workout anywhere and didn't need to have a membership someplace to get what I need. I also knew that training for a certain body image I want is the reason I workout.
This was the beginning of Body Construct.
Q: What is different about your program and others?
A: The one main problem women have and the solution this program is for that problem is losing fat on legs, butt and hips, confusion of what to do, time, commitment, guys are always looking at girls in a gym, and guy personal trainers are always giving bodybuilding advice for the most part.
