Hey, 

 

What a great weekend for Fitness Atlantic!

 

 

Friday was athlete registration and our meeting. 

 

Saturday we started bright and early and kept going all night.

The photos are still uploading so if you don't see them all more 

are on the way. (over 20,000 photos) 

 

Plus, we recorded it all in HD video so wait for that too. 

 

Remember what I said at the meeting on Friday before the show 

started? I said, "There are no losers here." 

 

Everyone that enters this "SHOW" not contest walks away with a 

body way better than when they started. 

 

If it was just a contest we would have a black curtain and a spotlight.

 

We surely didn't light our stage with Home Depot lights - no way!

 

That stage was incredible - the music was perfect - and the talent was 

AMAZING. 

 

If you had a chance to look out into the sold-out dome and see the 

hundreds and hundreds of people working out with Shaun T it was 

a record breaker workout. You couldn't squeeze in one more person. 

 

 

The Sunday photo shoot out - if you didn't attend make sure you do 

next show. That was cool - all those incredible photographers in one 

room.
