That is the saying used to fire up the huge crowd at the annual 
Fitness Atlantic Championships.

to be at the event with 400 people doing his workout with him. 
 

 
That is going to be insane - have you ever seen 400 people working 
out all at one time to intense bodyweight exercises.   
 
Then in the Oakdale Theatre you will have nearly 200 Fitness, Bikini, 
Muscle, Figure contestants up on stage showing off their accomplishments. 
 
Over 1,000 people in the cheering audience.
