Since the Fitness Atlantic show is over it's been busier than ever. 

 

The DVD is finished and going to be uploaded onto FSTV.

 

FSTV is a new streaming video site project that has been a few years 

in the making and includes ALL Fitness Atlantic DVDs and other 

featured behind the scenes videos. 

 

It's almost ready to launch. 

 

This week we are editing the 2013 Class of 2013 Show Report.
