9 Point Body Fat Testing

One of the things I teach in Stage Ready Nutrition and Training
is how to execute the 9 Point Body Fat Test.
I actually teach both the 4 Point (typical) test in the main book
and then the 9 Point Body Fat Test in the calendar with the sheets
to fill out so you track the results weekly - the exact same way I
used to do for all of my clients.
I do this test myself with NO CHART right out of my head - and
how cool is that - just calipers and no average age and male/female
chart. You can even use cheap calipers.

Even on YouTube people want to argue this with example
because they want you to be dipped in a pool of water or some
crazy whacky and "expensive" way. Yet, I make it simple and
straight to the point. Sure there are many ways to do this...
