Hey,
Hope you had a great weekend.
I did - helping people get ready for the upcoming Fitness Atlantic show!
Every Sunday we have fun workshops in Orange, CT.
This weekend we had 15 people show up (14 girls, 1 guy).
One part each person had to walk out as if they had an audience.
It is a great fun way to get over the nervousness of going on stage.

We don't talk too much about workouts at the workshops.
But as far as body weight training you have to check this out.
