Your leg workout could very well be the most important training session of the week. Personally I have found that my overall results are a direct correlation of the effort that I put toward my leg training.
Leg workouts are an opportunity to show yourself what you are made of. They are physically and emotionally demanding. It's a double whammy of muscle and cardiovascular exhaustion.
But when you reach the point where you think that you have given your very last rep and you dig deep to somehow find the strength and will to push out one more rep with good form... the rewards are tremendous.
The boost in confidence that comes from testing your limits and expanding your comfort zone can not be matched. It's eye opening as you catch a glimpse of your true potential. When you realize that you are powerful beyond measure as Marianne Williamson so eloquently put it.
So today, I ask you to step outside of your comfort zone in an effort to show yourself what you are made of. Put this killer leg workout to the test...
