Everywhere you turn these days, the word "metabolic" shows up.
Pretty soon -- the fat cat corporations will start creating:
"Metabolic Corn Flakes"...
"Metabolic Coca-Cola"...
Enough ranting.
Let's talk about metabolic training.
What does that even mean?
