Cinco de Mayo Workout

Cinco de Mayo is held May 5th and the date is celebrated for Mexican heritage and pride.
So you have TWO choices Today:
Option One: Tacos, Burritos and Nachos (+5 Pounds)
Option Two: Workout with Body Construct Girls (-5 Pounds)

Body Construct is a new workout program designed by Fitness Model
WBFF Pro Lori-Ann Marchese and it includes 3 workouts, meal plans,
and workout calendar.
It took Lori-Ann ten years of working out and hiring different trainers,
doing Crossfit and other functional workout programs and trying different
diet programs to learn what worked best for her and then started running
a Body Construct boot camp style classes in her basement.
She stopped going and working out in the big box gyms and just used some
simple equipment if any and stopped using heavy weights and listening to all
these men that were telling her about workouts Arnold and Franco used to do
at Gold's Gym in 1975 after they drank whole milk and raw eggs.
