P.S.  I know where the myth of "90 minutes a day" came from. And it's in
every infomercial you see these days. "Insane" training is all the rage.
 
What's funny is that Steve and Becky got in the shape you're about to see in
less than 1/8th the time these TV junkies are spending sweating in their
living rooms.
 
And, they're OVER 50!
