This past Saturday in Connecticut we hit the highest number in attendance 

for the annual Fitness Atlantic event in Connecticut. 

 

It all started on Friday with loading into the Oakdale Theatre early in the morning.

Setting up the stage lights and the exhibit booths for the expo. 

 

Friday evening was athlete registration and the opening number rehearsal. 

 

Then Saturday everyone had to be at the theatre by 9:00am for a very full 

non-stop day. 

 

Tony Horton also showed up a little after 9:00am and had two groups of 

300 people lined up to workout with him.
