Dear Athletes,

It is a pleasure to be with all of you as you step on the stage Saturday night in your best condition. Having been in Fitness and Figure comps since 1991 I know how exciting it can be as well as nerve racking! I hope that each of you remember WHY you are competing and generate that genuine joy from within as you walk across the stage to continue inspiring the audience as they view the show. 

Remember that someone out there is watching you each second you are on stage, so make sure to have fun and let the audience know you are appreciate them coming to see the show.

I will be cheering for all of you and hope to meet as many of you as well at some point during the day, evening or at the Sunday seminar. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions if you see me and if you want to snap a photo, I'd be honored.
