Who really likes to workout?

Do people really enjoy working out?
Or do they like seeing results?
Does everyone that exercise do it for a certain result?
Just look around any gym and see the members and do you
see them changing the way they look over the weeks, months,
or even years.
Sometimes you don't see people stay members of gyms for very
long as they may quit or give up.
But unless people have a goal and ask for help or decide they
really truly want to achieve a certain goal they may never see
one bit if change in how they look or even feel.
Isn't is crazy how many years people dedicate to exercise and may
not look one bit different in even ten years of gym memberships.
How many people do you really see commit and change within
a months?
I asked two emails to survey people on Facebook what they best
things about competing in fitness contests are and the worst things.
Most people actually do enjoy working out but may struggle in a
few different areas like the diet.
I'm going to give you a few workouts or short tips from some of
the people who have entered Fitness Atlantic.
