Of course you have because the bench press has long been
counted among the most important muscle & strength building
compound exercises.

In fact, many consider it the monarch of all upper body exercises
much like the barbell squat is to the thighs and glutes.

That's why it's only natural that we all want to be able to bench
press a respectable weight.
