"It's IMPOSSIBLE to gain 12 lbs of muscle in 21 days!"

If you've seen any of the claims for the 21 Day Fast Mass Building
program on sale this week then you're probably thinking, "That's 
BS!" or "That's IMPOSSIBLE!" or "No one can gain muscle that
fast unless you're on drugs!" "You can gain 12 lbs in 1 year!!!" 
 
Don't worry - I've heard it all and want to clarify that the creators
of 21 day fast mass building are NOT insane and they DO NOT think 
you're a fool.  
 
Not at all!  I wouldn't put my OWN reputation at stake if what their wasn't
a scientific mechanism behind their "nutrient cycling" and "training cycling" 
system.

Plus, I want to clarify a few mis intreprtations about their claim:
 
1. When Vince and Lee refernce the term "muscle" they mean FAT
FREE MASS so anything that consists of glycogen, water and dry muscle 
is "muscle".  They are NOT saying 12 lbs of dry muscle in 21 days. 
They are saying 12 lbs of FAT FREE MASS in 21 days.  And any
form of FAT FREE MASS while make you look sexier and fitter. 
 
2. Even though it's only 21 days - it's NO WALK IN THE PARK. In fact,
it'll probably be the hardest 21 day training and nutrtion cycle of 
your life.  
 
3. Kind in mind, there is nothing "wrong" with bulking up and cutting
down. This approach has been around since the 60's and works for
many newbie individuals.  However, Vince and Lee, have evolved 
their methods over the past 25 years (combined) and find that
cycling your calories low (1 week primer phase) and then 
cycling your calories high (2 week overload phase) is more effective
at maximizing the muscle-to-fat ratio.
