On Saturday night Vince DelMonte won a Pro Card in Quebec 

with the WBFF and will officially compete in the WBFF Fitness Model 

Pro Division at the World Championships. 

 

Vince also entered the Fitness Atlantic two weeks ago and placed in the Top 5

Here is my short story about Vince DelMonte - just 5 Years Ago he launched his 

website and a product he named "No Nonsense Muscle Building" - and it quickly 

became a top selling product on the internet. 

 

I followed Vince online as he competed in a couple shows in Canada and my 

webmaster for Fitness Atlantic became friends with Vince through a circle of 

people we all got to know that write articles, blogs, videos, of fitness related 

topics. 

 

With FitnessAtlantic.com becoming such a huge resource online I always 

wanted to connect with others doing the same as we share content and also 

help promote each other's online products. 

 

Vince purchased a copy of my program Stage Ready Nutrition & Training and 

I remember writing and asking him - "Vince, why did you do that? I would have 

been more than happy to give you a copy of that for review." 

 

Vince said he likes to buy the books himself as a customer and review the process

and the product. 

 

Then Vince wrote me back after a few days and said he liked my food exchange 

list and parts of my program and if he can buy rights to it. And from there I offered 

to help in creating his product 21 Day Fast Mass Building. 

 

During that process I really got to see how involved and detailed Vince was about 

making sure his product was meticulous. I must have had 1,000 emails I was cc'd 

on between Vince and Lee Hayward who was also creating that program. They 

were into every detail, every nutrient, every calorie, now that I think about it more 

like 2-3,000 emails. 

 

During the time of talking with Vince I was able to convince him to start competing 

again as a fitness model. I was happy to inspire him to get back on stage. (He gives 

me that credit in a few of the Live Large TV Shows).
