Have you been thinking about entering a show and starting to prepare?
First thing is you start looking at yourself in the mirror - hitting some poses in a little bathroom mirror only seeing your upper body.
Then trying to find a larger full size mirror in your house to use and then walking on the hardwood floor or rug doing your stage walk. If you live by yourself it's one
thing but if you live with other people and you walk around for a couple hours posing it could get really weird.
Then worst place for practicing is at the gym while it's open in the group exercise room and seeing all the heads of members peaking around the corner looking in as they wonder what you are doing...
It's nice to have a private studio where we crank the music and practice without interruptions.
That is why we hold workshops for WBFF Fitness Atlantic at Mohegan Sun at a private studio!
We want you to know exactly what you are preparing for and most importantly just getting to a practice walking and posing so you feel confident.
When you come to this workshop you will find we go right into the
practice!
The women bring "any" high heel shoes and men just wear shorts and t-shirt. Most people come to these in any workout clothes so they feel comfortable.
Prepare for Bikini Diva, Diva Fitness Model, Women's Figure, Transformation and Men's Fitness Model
and Muscle Model Practice. (Men and Women Welcome)
Judging Criteria for the Following Divisions:
Diva Bikini, Diva Fitness Model, Figure, Transformation, Male Fitness and Muscle Model

No appointments necessary but
must arrive on time.
It's only $40 at the door for Two Hour Session.

The workshops will be held at Coastline Fitness 141 West Main Street, 210 Main Street, Clinton, CT 06413 from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
