Do you measure your progress working out and eating right?
If you do or not... I made you a special web page that teaches YOU track results and become a fat testing expert yourself.
If you are sticking to any program to get leaner how do you know if it is working besides looking in the mirror.
Getting weighed in and having your body fat percentage is a very helpful tool to make sure things are going in the correct direction.
Are there some flaws to using a pair of plastic calipers... there is sure, but it isn't really a big deal as it is still much better using calipers
than one of those handheld body fat machines or a scale that you stand on with bare feet and it figures it out.
Now most trainers are taught the 4-point body fat test and the problem is the booklet you get with the calipers is based on average numbers which are all wrong. The charts they provide are based on averages of age groups so it throws the numbers way off.
I'm providing you with a way that made me the "fat test guy" in the gym.
I used to be the guy in the gym that did all the bodybuilder fat tests tests and weekly check-ins.
I knew exactly if these competitors were following their nutrition plans week-by-week. When they followed the programs they nailed it and lost two
pounds and a percent body fat a week - it was always great to see someone drop 24 pounds and 12 percent fat in 12 weeks and all kinds of impressive numbers.
The point was to stay on track and lose the right amount of FAT.
This took my webmaster some time to figure out how to create the calculator and make a page for you because again most people
only test 4-points and this way tests 9-POINTS and there is NO AGE needed for this system.
This should be very valuable to you! Bookmark that page and refer to it weekly.
I hope this is extremely helpful,
Brian Cannone
