Happy to announce the contract has been signed with Mohegan Sun for April 9th and 10th 2016. 

Some people have started asking when the entry form will be ready as it still says last year's date and we are working on updating everything on the site. 

The hotel block is ready and we have a certain amount of discounted rooms for our group and our code is "BEFIT16" or just go through our website link.

We will be offering workshops leading up to the event starting in January.

In the meantime we ask you to click "Going" on our event pages for the first to know the latest information.

Last year the Shaun T workout was called Master Class and the venue was so amazing Shaun agreed to make next year a "SHAUNTERVENTION" which means it is a longer event featuring a bigger schedule and more for the attendees!
