"what are you doing? That's right - what the heck are you doing?"

I'm in PA interviewing people for positions in a new gym and helping me is the manager of one of the other locations.

At 7PM when we finished up I ask him if he wants to go get some food with me and he said sure.

We head over to this place called The Wooden Match and I get chicken skewers  (pretty healthy) but then they had Sweet Baby Jesus Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter of course I had to have one of those. Mike got a burger and the same beer - how can you pass that up?

We end up talking about the shows I run and he shows me his photo on his cell of himself all ripped up and said it was from last week.

I ask him, "What are you doing???"

He then said EVENTUALLY he wants to compete.

Now this type of thing for me being a guy who runs a show happens a lot - plus I'm sorta always scouting talent.

Over the years I've seen so many guys and girls that just needed to be asked, "Ever think of doing a show?" BOOM that's it - they want to do it but don't know how.

Most of the people don't want to be embarrassed - most don't except to win the whole thing but they don't want to look like they don't know what they are doing on stage.

This is why workshops and "official" type trainers are so important.

Whatever you want to do that is your own "EVENTUALLY" find people to help you do it.

Set goals and find people that hold you to accomplishing it.

Talk Soon,
