How are you supposed to reach goals being "too busy"?

I can't stand the word BUSY

For real... if someone at the gym says "it's busy in here" and it really isn't that busy like where there is a line out the door I look at them and say - What the heck are you talking about?

It's such a generic statement sometimes same with "nobody" and "everybody".

Think about how many people say, "Nobody will do that" and I think - Yes, some people will...

And "Everybody Already Knows" - sorry, NO - everybody does not know.
Especially why I market my events so much.

Three words that work more for excuses than anything else.

And honestly I feel like using the BUSY word now as I have to pack up and drive to Pennsylvania again today. Two trips last week and I just got home from a fitness mastermind meeting in Florida and I'm tired. Right before that a speaking course with Thomas Plummer and the month before that and event on copywriting with Dan Kennedy and a bunch of writers (which I'm sure I have loads of spelling errors here. Because I'm  too _______ to have time to check.")

So I'm headed to PA because I invested in a gym. It's a big one too. It's in Bethlehem. If you know anyone who wants a job there let me know but they really should live there.

Thing is I know you are busy!

Or at least you get tired once and a while... there is a difference.

Today I'm tired but not too BUSY - I'm actually sitting at my kitchen table writing this and postponing my day.

I'm sure you feel the same way at times.

But how do you reach goals if you are too busy to work towards new things?

Sometimes you just have to load up your schedule and try to keep organized.

Plus one day of rest can do a lot to get you back on track.

Okay I better hurry up and get on the road.

I'm delaying my trip I guess.

So here is the deal - pass the word and make sure EVERYBODY knows.

We have a new show poster.

Yup, that's right - share it on Facebook, Instagram and Pin it!

And the Shaun T workout only has 19 VIP tickets left then it's just regular tickets. Shaun is supposed to film a video for the show today.

So time to stop being busy and get to work.

Talk Soon,

Brian
