Happy Thanksgiving,
Some people think of New Year's as the start to eating clean and working towards a show.
Not me, I think of "Thanksgiving" with turkey breast, sweet potatoes and string beans as the beginning to show prep and eating clean!
Seriously... the best time to stock up on buying turkeys is after Thanksgiving when they go on SALE. I was cooking two turkeys a week for my prep right into New Year.
Most of us just think of chicken all the way to a show but the guy that helped me prep was big on eating turkey.
