Hi,
Walking on the stage in front of a huge crowd and being judged is not easy. I know.
You need to have tons of confidence in yourself.
Fitness events are perfect for setting a goal for your perfect fitness model body and they are arranged on various levels from beginner to professional.
Getting prepared could take someone twelve weeks of dieting and working out to get into that shape. Then after getting into contest shape you have to practice posing and walking. You have remove all your inhibitions (and post people have body inhibitions by-the-way).
You have to be so confident that you are looking beautiful and march on the stage as you have conquered the entire event. This is not an easy task...
But let me tell you something...
Once you do a show you realize you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.
Many times I'm on Facebook promoting the event and I have to remind myself just how hard it is to actually enter one of these events. This is not easy to do in so many ways.
You have to give a lot of respect to people that do this and remind yourself that not anyone can accomplish this.
Over the years I have worked with many great people that have stepped on stage and I have loaded every single show video from 1999 and up into a new website and you can check it out here https://fitnessatlantic.com/past-shows/
There is close to a thousand hours of videos in this online space.
If you are a real action taker and have your fitness goal set for April 18th to walk onto the Mohegan Sun stage and show off the hard work then fill out your entry form and get started here https://fitnessatlantic.com/
It is time to start.
Usually there is close to 200 people each year that make it to the stage and you really want to be one of them.
I hope to see you soon!
See you soon,
Brian Cannone
