This is now the 5th year for Fitness Atlantic to offer the Transformation Division.
That division started with this very show in 2015.
How many "before and after" photos do you see where they are just straight unbelievable?
Many companies
use before and after images you just know it was someone who used whatever product they are pitching...Thing is why should we postpone a great idea because other people are dishonest? We will have some basic rules to enter and photo submissions of the before don't have to be crazy.
This is why I say each person has to "look inside" themselves to know what is right and wrong. This can't be over complicated
as an event and will simply be where contestants email in high-res before images and when they walk out on stage it is the "after".
This is about ANY CHANGE! We have had entries into Transformation that didn't lose any weight on the scale - this IS NOT BIGGEST LOSER. You do not have to have the saddest story to be part of this. Sure it is motivational when someone overcame something with their health or dropped a ton of weight
but this started with the idea of a 12-Week Challenge since that is what most contestants do entering a show and they never before got to tell their story.
Anyone who has entered a physique contest knows how much you can change your body with focus and determination.
Prizes will be great for this division with photo shoots with professional fitness
magazine photographers from Status Fitness Magazine!
Trainers should be super excited for this part of the show as we always try to tell clients motivational lines like: "It's You vs You!" and "Your Biggest Competition is Yourself!"
Now it really is the truth as contestants can prove what can be done with focused work and
dedication. This is a division everyone truly is a winner!
