As you know, I’m a big preacher of girls lifting weights.


The problem is that the media has brainwashed all women to train with light pink dumbbells, use super high reps, use the latest detox diets, and starve themselves until they’re skinny.


This does more harm than good.  Girls develop eating disorders, and are constantly yo-yo dieting.  It’s an endless and vicious cycle that is totally unhealthy.


But you’re reading this email.  You’re different.


You want to build a lean, sleek, and strong physique.


You want to be healthy.


You want to love your body.


In order to do this, you need to be lifting heavy.


Getting stronger.


Sculpting muscle in all the right places.


The problem is that the programs online for women involve lifting light weights.  And the programs on the market that are designed to make you stronger are designed for men.


I have good news for you.
