Stop training until you consider this

Have you heard the saying, “Start with the end-goal in mind”?  

Bodybuilders and fitness models pick a contest date they are going to enter and work backwards from that day.  At least most winners do it that way…

They will start at 12 weeks and work to a set date that they put it all on the line.

Other people just go to the gym and, “see what happens” and nothing happens after months and months of wasted time. Then the gym becomes social hour. 👎

Once you really look most starts to seem more “common sense” than we realize?

There is NO REASON to make reaching fitness goals complicated because most is math of calorie expenditure and intake.

When you track your workouts and plan ahead so you see the results in the gym and push yourself to beat your last workout and add resistance and reps.
