Team of the Year Awards

Hi, 

There is an announcement made this week about an award being presented at Worlds
for Team of the Year Awards. 

Body Ambition, Body Rock, and CW Fit made the nominations list. 

These are some of the local teams which participate in Fitness Atlantic from Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Would it be your first show and you need the motivation?

Is the team local enough that you can go and see the trainer for weekly check-ins or internet based?

How many people does it take to be considered a team or a coach?

Do you need more diet, workout or posing help?
