This is now the 2nd year for Fitness Atlantic to offer the Transformation Division.
How many "before and after" photos do you see where they are just straight unbelievable?
Many companies use before and after images you just know it was someone who used whatever product they are pitching...Thing is why should we postpone a great idea because other people are dishonest? We will have some basic rules to enter and
photo submissions of the before will be taken seriously.
This is why I say each person has to "look inside" themselves to know what is right and wrong. This can't be over complicated as an event and will simply be where contestants email in high-res before images and when they walk out on stage it is the "after".
This is about CHANGE!
Anyone who has entered a physique contest knows how much you can change your body with focus and determination.
Prizes will be great for this division with trips to Vegas and photo shoots with professional fitness magazine photographers!
Trainers should be super excited for this part of the show as
we always try to tell clients motivational lines like: "It's You vs You!" and "Your Biggest Competition is Yourself!"
Now it really is the truth as contestants can prove what can be done with focused work and dedication. This is a division everyone truly is a winner!
