I was looking back for an article I wrote a while back saying
"What happens when you quit?"
Of course nothing happens when you quit...
But it was
more about getting people to think of the reasons they justify to stop
working towards a goal. Like entering the show.
A quote on that is:
"I've come too far to stop now."
That is the point you want to get to - over the hump. The halfway point.
You know, like getting to Weds and knowing the weekend is even closer.
Saturday will be 6 weeks.
So, I'm redoing parts of my website and looking back at when Fitness Atlantic
started and where it first took place. Some people
have been around since the beginning. Thing is you can't think too far ahead - each event has to happen first.
