As a little extra inspiration we have decided to run a promo for people still waiting to fully register for the Fitness Atlantic show.

Once you pay the entry fee you have finalized your decision to eat healthy and workout towards a goal.
People on the fence sometimes just don't make it... they are still undecided and not fully committed so they back out. The worst part is they just don't achieve their fitness goals.
