Happy Thanksgiving,
Some people think of New Year's as the start to eating clean and working towards a show.
Not me, I think of "Thanksgiving" with turkey breast, sweet potatoes and string beans.
Seriously the best time to stock up on turkeys is after Thanksgiving when they go on sale. I was cooking two turkeys a week for my prep right into New Year.
Most of us just think of chicken all the way to a show but the guy that helped me prep was big on eating turkey.
