I am so excited to share Rob Elsey's official video from the recent Fitness Atlantic Transformation event!
He worked so hard for 25 months and was trained by the amazing Micah LaCerte from HitchFit. Starting weight was 267 pounds!
What a journey!
Once this video was released Rob and Micah took the story to the local news and were featured once again.
