Team Transformation Challenge!
Are you a trainer or coach of a large team? It all starts by inviting people to enter the 2020 Fitness Atlantic at Mohegan Sun.
We have multiple Divisions and Classes in the Divisions.
First-Time contestants and anyone who desires to make a fitness lifestyle change can achieve incredible results and show off their "Before & After" on stage in this Division.
This is about making a change and not an extreme makeover so please understand Transformation is an individual journey and not a contest against other people.
Three years ago CKO Kickboxing wanted to participate in the Fitness Atlantic we spoke to them about Open Divisions including Bikini and instead focused on Transformation.
The first year they had 15 people from their New Jersey and New York studios entered the show in Transformation, the following year with 25 and we created their own class, and last year 50 contestants.
Teams of 25 or more contestants in Transformation could get their own class with logo on the contestant slides! It might take 2 or 3 years to get a team that large.

FITNESS ATLANTIC WORKSHOPS
Every year, the Fitness Atlantic offers prep workshops. Workshops cover all topics to do with the Fitness Atlantic event including but not limited to: Stage Presentation, Judging Criteria, Division selection, Event Services (Tanning/Hair), and Suit/Theme Wear selection.
All workshops are held from 11-1 on Sunday’s leading up to the event. No advanced notice necessary, and payment of cash or check is accepted the day of the workshop.

Price: $30.00 at the door - Time: 11-1pm
Dates: January 26, 2020, February 23, 2020, March 22, 2020, and last April 5, 2020
