Hey,
We just returned from the Bahamas from the World show and now it's time
to get back to work on preparation for the 2020 Fitness Atlantic at Mohegan Sun.
Some friends have asked me how was Bahamas?
It was great! Beautiful resort at the Baha Mar. The rooms were very fair with the rates, lots of pools and the beach. We paddled boarded in the ocean and I jumped off the rock like 20 times. The rock at the pool about nine feet jump into 14 foot water.
The Worlds show had lower numbers than Vegas but I'd recommend Bahamas over Vegas all day. Worlds again 2020 will be back in Bahamas and I recommend if you are a Pro go and enter it.
