Happy Tuesday,

So many photos being shared on Facebook and Instagram from Fitness Atlantic!

OMG so awesome and we didn't even get the professional photos back yet. (Soon)

The team is working really hard at sorting them into folders and everyone will have them soon but the candid photos are great so keep posting.

After the event ended this year and we were packing up are things I thanked our lighting tech. The photos I feel don't give enough credit for seeing the event live and watching how the lights go to the beat of the music. I told him I liked the added square LED boxes and he called them "eye candy" and as nice as the stage looks in photos it really doesn't do it justice for being there in person.

For years I wanted the show lighting to come off as it does now but it took me 21 years of shows to finally get it right.

Gary Vaynerchuck had a nice quote show up in my feed this morning which said,

"The Bigger the Ambition the Slower you need to Go."

Well, it didn't take 21 years on purpose it just took 21 years to get it right.

Hopefully you are already looking forward to April 2020.

I see some people want to jump right into another show but if I can give any advice I'd say give your body a chance to improve so you look better the next event. It's more about improving how you look than a trophy placement. I like the self-improvement part of shows more than the contest and sport part but that is just me...
