#1. Start with booking the hotel. These are almost all sold out.
Reserve your hotel room http://fitnessatlantic.com/hotel/ and people ask how many nights they should book and it's really Friday that you should plan to be there.
Friday contestants do spray tanning, check into your rooms, and come get registered and get contestant number, meet the Status Fitness Magazine Team, and we have a meeting at 7pm.
People are asked to dress presentable since we are at a fancy venue.
It's all in the Uncas Ballroom so don't confuse it with the new Convention Center so just head over and walk past Michael Jordan's Steakhouse and pass through those doors that say Convention Center. If you are at the hotel lobby walk towards the casino and see the big waterfall stay upstairs with Booby Flay's restaurant on your left and take that left and walk to Jordan's.

Here is an update for anyone in Transformation.
Very simply if you filled out the entry form that takes care of anything considered an essay.
Few years ago when we started this division participants submitted long stories and over-time as the class grew we found asking for answers to just a few questions streamlines what the announcer says on stage.

Then NOW is the time to sign up for the Fitness Atlantic Transformation Challenge, the ONLY live fitness modeling event where EVERYONE wins.
Hi. My name’s Brian Cannone and I’d like to invite you to an event that will change your
life.
Even though there are prizes for this event, like
– Be chosen for a professional photo shoot with a world-renowned fitness magazine photographer David Ford the following day.
– Be featured in a prominent fitness magazine “Status Fitness Magazine” and meet the Editor.
…these are NOT the goals for this event as this is NOT a contest against other people. This is an event in which you celebrate your success on
stage.
In fact, prizes are hardly a factor for the HUNDREDS of men and women who sign up and share the stage with
you.
The real “prize” for this event is the personal satisfaction you will feel throughout your entire body when you get in front of a live audience and show everyone your hard
work.
Now when I say it will be hard work… I mean it.
This won’t be easy
After you complete the entry form and send in your photo. A panel of judges, familiar with the effects of exercise and nutrition on physique transformation, made up of Fitness Atlantic representatives will thoroughly review each and every participant’s photo and entry form. The judges will see you walk out on the stage as your "after" version of
your new self!
They’ll look at before photo, based on your overall level of improvement live on stage. They will also review each entry, based on how well each participant explains how he/she benefited from participating in the event and from making a commitment to a program of exercise and
nutrition.
All of the participants will receive medallions. Many of the contestants of the challenge will receive a professional photo shoot with a world-renowned fitness magazine photographer and may also be featured in a fitness magazine. Anyone of the participants may be
featured!
It’s About Change!
Through strength-training exercise and nutrition, you can build a truly extraordinary physique, no matter what shape you’re in now!
Remember, this is about “how much you transformed” during your
challenge.
Basically, everyone entering a physique show goes through a transformation.
No requests for entries will be accepted two weeks out from the show. To enter you will need to pay the Entry Fee, send a High-Resolution “Before Image”, and answer a few questions about your transformation. All
contestants will be a walking “after” photos!
In the Transformation Challenge, your success will be featured live on stage at the Fitness
Atlantic.
All participants will receive medallions and some will be presented with trophies to those with the all-around most
improvements.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or woman, whether you’re thin and want to gain muscle size or are overweight and want to get lean – no matter who you are or what your current condition, or even if you lose 10 pounds to over 100 pounds this is your chance to get
the body you’ve always wanted.

Deadlines
Please submit your best "before" photo with your entry. The photo will be projected onto the back screen live on stage Fitness Atlantic. The photo must be submitted in advance and of high
resolution.
How You Will Be Judged
After you complete the entry form and send in your photo. A panel of judges, familiar with the effects of exercise and nutrition on physique transformation, made up of Fitness Atlantic representatives will thoroughly review each and every participant’s photo and entry.
They’ll look at before and after photo, based on your overall level of improvement. They will also review each entry, based on how well each participant explains how he/she benefited from participating in the event and from making a commitment to a program of
exercise and nutrition.
Each participant
will show up to registration at to register. We encourage participants to take part in spray tanning, hair and makeup services.
The event will take
place live on stage. Men must wear solid color shorts and women can wear any bikini of their choice and high heels.
The Transformation Division may also consider audience applause for a Crowd Favorite Award.
Where will the contest be held?
The contest will be held at the Mohegan Sun. Located at 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard Uncasville, CT 06382
Submit Before Images
Photos must be high-resolution, as they will be used on the stage backdrop as participants are announced out onto the stage.
Note: When taking a photo:
1) Shoot the full body, do not cut off any body parts.
2) Shots must be hi-res 300 dpi.
Submit short and brief answers to these questions.
1. Date you started Transformation Process and your Starting Weight?
2. Trainer or workout program used?
3. Who is your role model?
4. What was your biggest challenge?
5. What advice would you give someone who is also considering beginning a transformation challenge?
The announcer will not read each participant's entire story on stage so please focus on the main reason for your transformation as they will be bullet-pointed and read to the audience.
Who’s Eligible to for Event?
You have to be at least 18 years of age to enter this event other than that anyone can enter.
The Body
Transformation Challenge was created for all people to motivate themselves to work hard at eating well and getting into better shape. This is not a Biggest Loser or Extreme Makeover contest. In fact, this is not a "contest" against anyone except
yourself.
This event is for
all people to show off results which may be long-term, or short-term, with very little rules to it.
We want people to
enter and have FUN with a spotlight to celebrate the success of following a program and seeing some type of results over a period of time.
