Yesterday I have a large group production meeting at Mohegan Sun.
We had the people in charge of the Hotel Bookings, Ticketmaster, the lighting crew, the video lead, a whole conference room of people in suits and business clothes and me. Imagine that,
I'm there in my Under Armour sweats talking about how the timing of the lights and the stage set changes for April 13th.
The meeting really took only about 15 minutes this year because all the workers are the same as last year. I requested like 3 changes are we were done.
I did find out we do have 175 people staying at Mohegan Sun and many booked the two nights of Friday and Saturday. It looks like Saturday had 115 rooms sold from our group. That is something you want to make sure you make a reservation today so you lock in the discount rate.
Tickets are still slow mainly because many people haven't entered yet.
Anyone that wants blocks of ten and apply for a discount please reach out. We found out we can set up a call in number for the Mohegan Ticketmaster Box Office so we can set that up for you. We will get all the details and reach out to the coaches.
Sometimes I may sound like a broken record emailing out similar information each day...
Many people all the sudden start emailing in on the website not get these and read the daily emails. They never signed up for the show email or read the Pre Show Report and send in a basic questions.
Then you know what happens?
I start emailing again answering the same questions I started emailing
YOU at twelve weeks out.
Hotel, Enter Show, Tickets, Tanning, Hair & Make Up.
There is nothing like being organized for a show. It hope this helps you.
For example I'm going to tell you to Enter the Show First so you don't back out.
Next I'm going to ask you to Tell Your Friends about Tickets because with a great support team again you are going to push yourself to be your very best on stage.
I'm going to advise you to sign up for the Official Spray Tanning Company so you have the same color as the other contestants and don't look completely out-of-place.
If you are not a professional hair stylist yourself and know stage make up sign up with Tiffany Larson and her team for Hair and Make up.
Here is a major hint... If you shoot the backstage photos with Ali from Status Fitness Magazine you can get proofs set to you after the show and buy them later. Remember Class Winners are asked to shoot a magazine photo shoot on Sunday Morning with David Ford or you can purchase a photo shoot with him and get every photo he takes of you.
Here is something that really is expiring March 13th - the hotel discount is going away. This casino does not need to discount rates on weekends and they will sellout.
It's a really good idea to reserve a hotel room at Mohegan Sun now because
there is a limited number of rooms blocked for the discount rate.
Our group room block has sold out quickly the past years and the casino will not add more rooms to our block.
The hotel is gorgeous and will not disappoint so make a reservation through the Fitness Atlantic website to get the best deal.
On March 13th the hotel discount rate goes away... March 15TH a Entry Late Fee applies.
