Fitness Atlantic Sunday Posing Prep Class
11am-1pm
Bring comfortable workout clothing and for girls bring high heel shoes and
guys bring shorts.
Get there for exactly 11am because we are starting at 11:15am due to a class that is
happening before we get there.
Bikini and Fitness Model Posing and Figure and Muscle Model.
Who does half turns to front and back and who does 4 quarter turns to the right.
This is not a seminar that you sit around and get spoken to about the show we get
right down to business! After checking everyone in shoes go on and the music up.
You are walking and posing the full time.
Sometimes people ask, "Should I go to one or all?"
The more times you pose in front of people the better you will be. Get comfortable with
being uncomfortable and it builds your confidence for the stage.
