Yesterday one of our largest teams was booking many rooms and was told that it was already sold out.
After some back and forth emails and phone calls the link was back working again.
The majority of the rooms that go the fastest are always the Friday April 12th since contestants arrive for spray tanning and registration. The rooms that book the fastest are the Double Rooms with two beds because people share a room.
Once all of the rooms are reserved we cannot add more rooms.
Normally these rooms cost double on weekends and it is the most convenient place to stay for the show.

PS, The alternative places to stay are not as nice and you will be carrying luggage from your car to the ballroom. It's so nice to go up an elevator to a room and back down to the ballroom - super easy and makes your experience so much better.
