Based on the weather Sunday looks as though it will be snow and ice.
If the weather is bad please don't drive and see you at the next one.
We don't want people driving from a good distance in bad weather especially ice.
Even if we don't cancel but the weather is bad don't drive in it as we have other dates.

Setbacks like this or missing meals or missing workouts happen
and some people it really freaks them out. Don't worry.
Be prepared as there will be some bumps along the way.
Workshops are an excellent thing to attend.
Surround yourself with other people who are entering.
People that won't let you back out.
I was thinking a lot about how sometimes other people can CRUSH your motivation.
I was thinking just how EASY it is for people to smash your dreams when they doubt you.
Sometimes people say something that might trigger something
in your head that makes you doubt yourself and make think you don't need
or really want to do the show. Common thing they say is, "You don't look ready..."
Most people would make it through go through show prep but that happens.
They told you just don't look READY for this year? Oh course you don't
look like Mr Olympia and and by-the-way you are not supposed to...
"I'm not-to-sure about 2019?", I'll wait for my motivation to come back,
maybe next year or the year after that". Just Enter and don't wait to see how you look.
MOTIVATION comes and goes... almost everyday.
All that has to happen is someone says to you,
"Are you going to do that show again? Let's do it together."
BOOM! A friend enters with you and you work off each others drive.
Motivation comes from who you surround yourself with so go to as many posing
workshops as you can - UNLESS you are driving on roads of ice... roads of ice are bad.
