What is your best strategy for planning?
- Do you use a notepad?
- A calendar?
- A huge white board in my office room?
Do you shop and cook your meals over the weekend?
Is the weekend when you rush around to get everything ready for the start of the week?
When going into your first show there is still many unanswered questions you may have and are waiting for your
trainer/coach to give you next week's meal plans and workouts.
You may still need to buy a suit, gown, and heels.
Here is a quick list of the things to do for the show.
We have to plan the same for show production as well.
We have meetings with
the production team to go over details of the stage and lighting.
We hope we answer everyone's questions so it makes for better preparation on everyone's part.
