Thank God It's Friday
First off I want to apologize.
I hyped up a Ticketmaster One Day Sale and it was supposed to go live Tuesday
at 10am and it wasn't ready and people called the Box Office and the person I deal
with was on vacation so many
people didn't get good answers.
I was working out of town in New Jersey as this was happening and as I'm getting
emails and messages from people telling me the code isn't working I'm replying to the emails and also calling the Box Office and every other contact I could find.
They ended up fixing the issue in
the afternoon.
I try not to mess stuff up and my hands were tied and I was embarrassed. I do not like feeling like I don't have any control over the situation. I'm so sorry for anyone who waited at 10am to purchase tickets and the code didn't work.
Then to top it off a text was planned to everyone that purchased tickets last year and it never went out Tuesday
morning... it went out on Weds with an expired one day sale.
I was so stressed out this week.
The promotion worked out okay and 7 weeks out we have 429 tickets sold to Finals.
The code is still live and will work until Feb 28th if you missed out on the 25%
off.
