YOU are still OVER the half way point!

Hi, 

7 Weeks to the Fitness Atlantic show!

Most people train for 12 weeks in full prep. 

So that means we are still over half way there. 

7 Weeks seems okay yet "47 Days" sounds scary as feels super close. 

It is all about how you THINK at it AND how you make yourself FEEL about it. 

The stress we cause ourselves and the pressure we feel to IMPRESS others is crazy. 

When I first entered a show I just didn't want to embarrass myself so it wasn't about being 
the winner it was about the people I invited to watch me be impressed with my hard work. 

I sorta knew I wasn't going to WIN my first show and I just didn't want to look like I didn't belong.  

Getting on stage takes guts and many people start to back out at this point. 

Stick it out! 

Think about important reasons to enter a fitness show! 

Things like...

- I want to feel better about myself.
- I want to really learn about my diet and how lean I could get.
- I was inspired by other people who had done this and wanted to do it too.
- I love the gym and want to make fitness part of my life.

You know those people are going away happy as they accomplished their goal. 

Winning is the goal but doesn't need to be the Only Reason.  ​​​​​​​

There has to be something else that you can feel accomplished about doing a show? 

My goal is for everyone participating to have a great time and take in everything from the 
venue, the stage and lights, and the overall experience. 

It's going to be top-notch. 

Not many people can get on stage at Mohegan Sun and feel confident and show off their body. 

This is not an easy thing to do. 

Realize how cool that is that you will be on stage at Mohegan Sun.
