When booking your spray tan apt, keep in mind your 

MANDATORY REGISTRATION MEETING on Friday at 7pm.

Schedule spray tan appointments take place on the Friday before the show date 

(spray tanning to be done at host hotel).

Start planning your day well in advance - if you are checking into the host hotel

on Friday and check in is at 3PM and the meeting is at 7PM most people are

going to want to make a 4PM, 4:30PM, 5PM, 5:30PM, 6PM, 6:30PM tanning appointment. 

Those book up the fastest - when they are gone you now have to keep your luggage

in the car or something or traveling check it at the front desk or worse carry it all day.

Now tanning starts early so we have plenty of early time slots. 

Make your life much easier and less stressful and schedule hotel and tanning now.
