11 Week Contest Prep Progress Timeline

As we get closer to stepping on stage we want to be sure we have everything set.

Fitness Atlantic at Mohegan is not a show to miss!  

While planning there are certain steps we want to do so the outcome matches our desires. 

We just keep going over and over the pattern in our heads and try to plan for all of the little details. See below...


What is your best strategy for planning?

- Do you use a notepad?
- A calendar? 
- A huge white board in my office room? (That's me) 

Do you shop and cook your meals over the weekend?
Is the weekend when you rush around to get everything ready for the start of the week? 

When going into your first show there is still many unanswered questions you may have and are waiting for your trainer/coach to give you next week's meal plans and workouts. 

You may still need to buy a suit, gown, and heels. 

Here is a quick list of the things to do for the show. 






We have to plan the same for show production as well.

We have meetings with the production team to go over details of the stage and lighting. 

We hope we answer everyone's questions so it makes for better preparation on everyone's part.
