What is Transformation?

Good Morning, 

At the end of this email is a link to the Show Report that gives photos and stories
of the contestants in last year's Fitness Atlantic show. 

The past 3 years we have hosted a Transformation Challenge at the show and it really doesn't
have a whole lot of rules on entering so basically anyone can enter as long as you have a "before photo".  

One thing different we would like to offer in 2018 is
Long Term Transformation and a Short Term Transformation

When Jennifer Crisanti wrote that she weighed the exact same for the past 2 years 
it was just as inspirational as others who had lost a lot of weight on the scale. 

Transformation is personal to each contestant. While we understand that we have seen that most 
of the contestants have been Long Term Transformations because many people feel that is why 
the division was created yet it isn't true at all.

In 2018 we will recognize both Long Term Transformations and Short Term Transformations. 

Long Term could be years and Short Term will be 12-10 weeks leading into the show.
