6.5 Weeks away to Fitness Atlantic at Mohegan Sun. 

I do need to send out a reminder that the hotel discount rate goes away in 2.5 weeks. 

Every year we sell out of rooms at this venue.

I was speaking with one contestant who said he was thinking about driving back and forth from to registration and back home in the morning. Each way of his trip is about an hour and a half. Driving home after spray tanning and registration is fine if people want to do that. It is not required people stay at Mohegan Sun but I will tell you that if you want to experience a great time and not feel rushed to get back having a room could make for a better and more relaxing time.

The one day that you really should stay at the hotel is Friday April 28th. If you check out on Saturday morning it will save you some money you just need to get to hair and make up early. 

You may not know this already but we have an official spray tanning company set up on Friday and you need to make an appointment. After spray tanning we hold open registration from 4pm to 7pm and once you register you are free to go until the meeting. We ask all contestants to dress presentable for the meeting. We understand if you are spray tanned putting on dress clothes may be a little scary but if you look at the photo of the girl below you see how classy people can be. 

Below is a schedule that has been consistent the past couple years. 

You don't need to memorize the schedule as our staff for the show will be keeping you updated as the event takes place. 

The reputation is that this event is very organized. We are proud of that reputation and it is very important to us to uphold that. 

So once again you should reserve a hotel if you plan to do that, book spray tanning and hair and make up, and don't forget the option to shoot with Status Fitness Magazine. The class winners are always asked to shoot on Sunday and many of these people are so in shock they either forget the photo shoot or had already made plans to leave and go home.

9:00 a.m. – Diva Bikini, Diva Fitness Model, Male Fitness Model, and Transformation       
                              will meet with the head judge in the dressing room 

9:15 a.m. – Figure & Muscle Model Contestants will meet with the head judge in the dressing room

9:30 a.m. – Doors open to spectators

10:00 a.m. – Preliminary Judging for ALL DIVISIONS begins
