Hi,
Did you know that the first step is almost always the hardest one to take?
I see it every year: people spend way too much time thinking about entering the show. They wait for a "sign." They
wait for a morning where they wake up, look in the mirror, and suddenly feel "ripped enough" to win. Or they wait for the money to just appear in their lap.
Here is the truth: If you wait until you feel 100% ready, you’ll be waiting forever.
💡 A Lesson from Tony Robbins
I was recently listening to a Tony Robbins speech that hits the nail on the head for anyone in
prep:
"We all get caught up in our own self-doubt. However, if you get in your head, you’re dead. The brain is a great tool to strategize with, but there’s a point where you have to use your heart, put yourself on the line, and do something.
The reason people don’t commit to a decision is that they don’t act on it. You might think you have to commit before you act, but the only way to prove you’re committed is to take that
first step."
Daily action is what creates momentum. If you don't act now, the dream just dies in your mind while you get caught up in "87 other things" you have to do today.
🚫 Don’t Let the "Saboteurs" Talk You Out of It
When you start a plan, people will try to talk you out of it. They’ll tell you it’s "too restrictive" or "unhealthy."
Why do they do that? Because
seeing you transform is hard for them. It reminds them that they aren't following a plan. Your discipline makes their laziness feel unjustified. Don't let their lack of drive stop your progress. Stay the course.
🏁 Two Steps to End the Doubt
If you haven't officially entered, you’re likely plagued by questions like, "Will I be ready?" The moment you commit, those questions
disappear because you’ve made the choice to make it happen. You can accomplish an incredible amount in 12 weeks if you are progressive and consistent.

2. Secure Your Room at Mohegan Sun Mohegan Sun is an incredible venue, but it isn't cheap—unless you use our discount. That discount disappears 30 days before the show. * Pro Tip: Grab a double room and split the cost with another contestant. It saves money and gives you a "prep partner" for the weekend. 👉 Book Hotel: FitnessAtlantic.com/hotel/
The only expense you need to worry about right now is your entry fee. The rest can be planned over time.
Stop overthinking. Start acting. I'll see you in the results.
